Lift As You Climb welcomes you to join us for our next in-person event taking place November 2nd at 5:30pm.

The event will explore the different ways mentors and sponsors support our career journey. Guest speakers Amina Folarin, Chief Inclusion and People Officer at Inside Ideas Group and Sharon Whale, Deputy Group CEO at Oliver Agency will share with us how their professional relationship has evolved from colleagues to confidantes, and what impact it has had on them personally, and on the performance of their company.

We will explore the building blocks for a sponsorship relationship and what we hope to see in the future of mentorship and sponsorship for women in the UK. Their conversation will be moderated by our Trustee John Amaechi.
